After going to the church, Ally & I dropped by the market to buy some of our grocery needs and then we had "Palabok" for breakfast. I did my laundry, cleaned the toilet (yeah, some of us just have to deal with these grueling household chores *sigh*, took a shower and got ready for a movie date with my honey.
While riding the MRT on my way to Trinoma Mall, I sent an SMS to my friend Raquel, who resides in the Quezon City area, if she could go meet me & Jon. She's a dear friend of mine who just got married two month's ago and I ended up losing a room mate :(. But, Im happy for her and I understand that she has a whole new world now: new sets of priorities and responsibilities to attend too.
She replied to my text, saying that she & her husband were in SM Fairview but they will go to Trinoma at around 4pm and try to meet up with us which got me really excited.
Jon & I watched "Eagle Eye" starred by Shia LaBeouf & Michelle Monaghan remember, the Transformer guy, that's him. It was just an "okay" movie, not really a spectacular one. I would recommend it to those who just want to take some time off but be sure to bring a good company with you, as they might excite you more hehehe.
After the movie, we roamed for a while but the mall was really crowded so we got tired pretty fast. Holidays must be really just around the corner since people are now busy buying holidays' stuffs. We went to the grocery section to buy some "pasalubong" for Jon's mom & youngest bro that's when I got Raquel's text message saying that they can't make it. I was really disappointed, but it's okay, there's still a next time.
So, this is how my not-so-eventful Sunday ended. How was yours? ;)
